Que te comuniques al único número 800 y ellos solo mandan sus reportes y ya. Asta que la empresa local los ve. En un plazo de 48 y no te resuelven ni madres el clásico todos se lavan las manos y solo tienes que hacer coraje y esperar

Tengo casi 15 min esperando a que me contesten el teléfono, ayer marque 6 veces y antier 8, es increíble tan mala atención.
Good gas service, bad customer service.

Incluso ya tengo gas natural en mi casa.
Ahora espero sentirme satisfecho con la
decisión qué tomé. Sé que lo haré.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenia domiciliado el servicio...sin mandar un correo o una llamada dejaron de hacerlo y sin avisar cortaron el servicio...inmediatamente pague con la respectiva multa y tarifa de reconexion...llevo 3 dias mas el fin de semana sin gas... Es mejor el gas LP...se te acaba y les hablas te surten y listo... en Tampico es pesimo el servicio.
I had the service domiciled... without sending an email or a call they stopped doing it and without warning they cut off the service... I immediately paid with the respective fine and reconnection fee... I've been without gas for 3 days over the weekend. .. LP gas is better... it runs out and you talk to them, they fill you up and that's it... in Tampico the service is terrible.
