No dejaron de haber recomendaciones y observaciones por parte de ellos para que quedaramos satisfechos. La entrega del arreglo de globos fue en el horario que solicitamos y les quedó precioso! El arreglo fue un éxito. Volveremos a solicitarles sus servicios.
The attention was prompt and punctual. The request was urgent for the same day and they attended us early and followed up on all our questions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quedaron mal en el horario de entrega, al llamarles para reclamar, me interrumpe el de la voz del otro lado del teléfono: "pasa mañana por tu dinero". Arruinaron la sorpresa para mi hija, muy poco profesionales.
They were wrong in the delivery time, when I called them to complain, I was interrupted by the voice on the other side of the phone: "come in tomorrow for your money." They ruined the surprise for my daughter, very unprofessional.
