I needed to make 4 calls to really take care of my connection problem, but the last phone consultant who answered me was super nice and was able to fix the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es MUY raro que tenga yo problemas con el internet, solo a principios de la pandemia tuve días que se iba por 30 mins por ejemplo. El servicio es bueno en si. El problema de esta gente es que NUNCA, digo NUNCA me han contestado una llamada ni un correo. Ahí si, no esperen que alguien les solucione una duda.
Cómo repito no he tenido necesidad de hablar más de un par de veces en más de 1 año, pero si es frustrante que nadie te responda, una vez tardaron 5 meses en contestarme un email preguntando si ya tenía servicio como si la gente se fuera a esperar 5 meses sin internet.
It is VERY rare that I have problems with the internet, only at the beginning of the pandemic I had days that went away for 30 minutes for example. The service is good in itself. The problem with these people is that they have NEVER, I mean NEVER answered a call or an email. Yes, do not wait for someone to solve a question.
How I repeat, I have not had the need to speak more than a couple of times in more than 1 year, but if it is frustrating that nobody answers you, once it took 5 months to answer me an email asking if I already had service as if people were going to wait 5 months without internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio de atención personalizada, y mucha calidad. Llegan vía inalámbrica y cumplen Lo que ofrecen. Instalan una pequeña antena en el techo de tu casa y bajan con un cable al interior, donde conectan un módem y tú te conectas al módem de forma normal.
Personalized service, and a lot of quality. They arrive via wireless and they fulfill what they offer. They install a small antenna on the roof of your house and they go down with a cable to the interior, where they connect a modem and you connect to the modem in a normal way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio caro malo lento inestable con servicio a clientes aun más pésimo amenos que lo que buscas es quemar dinero por un servicio que no vas a tener y por el cual nadie se va a hacer responsable evita esta compañía por ejemplo se supone que tengo contratados 10MBPS

Lousy service, slowdown all the time, and when you call support they don't fix anything. They also want to "sanction" you if you do not pay on time
