Falla mucho.
Lo unico que no falla es la factura esa si llega a tiempo. Los dias que no tengo Internet los van a descontar???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la velocidad es super super lenta. Edra contratada la de 15 mb/s, pero la velocidad qué alcanza mi Internet es al rededor de los 100 kb/s, una total mentada de madre, por que no cobran proporcional al servicio qué birndan. Solo conecto la tele para ver algo, y la calidad esta de risa, no carga bien la imagen, y no digamos nada si conecto otro equipo, se me va el Internet por completo.
He enviado correo tras correo, llamadas, reportes en la app, y de todo, y nomas no hay solución.
NO CONTRATEN ESTE SERVICIO.
Terrible service, the speed is super super slow. Edra contracted the 15 mb / s, but the speed that my Internet reaches is around 100 kb / s, a total mentioned of mother, because they do not charge proportional to the service what they do. I only connect the TV to see something, and the quality is laughable, the image does not load well, and let's not say anything if I connect another computer, the Internet is completely gone.
I have sent mail after mail, calls, reports in the app, and everything, and there is no solution.
DO NOT CONTRACT THIS SERVICE.

It's rubbish and they don't solve anything for you over the phone, they just give you a folio and very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Lento, no te proporcionan realmente la velocidad que prometen, falla muy a menudo. Tienen muy mal servicio de soporte técnico, mala atención, poca resolución. Definitivamente no recomendable, si pueden busquen otras opciones, la verdad.
Actualizado: Peor, no les importa y me dejaron sin solucionar el problema. Además la hacen cardiaca para cancelar. Si pueden eviten contratar ese nefasto servicio, no regalen su dinero.
Very bad service. Slow, they don't really give you the speed they promise, it fails very often. They have very poor technical support service, poor attention, poor resolution. Definitely not recommended, if you can look for other options, really.
Updated: Worse, they don't care and left me without fixing the problem. They also make it cardiac to cancel. If you can avoid contracting this disastrous service, do not give away your money.
