They never answer in technical support and then they dialed Mexico, they don't solve anything for me, I think it's the slowest Internet I've ever had and the most difficult to cancel

PAGUE UN DIA DE DESPUES DE LA FECHA DE VENCIMIENTO Y 7 DIAS DESPUES ME SUSPENDIERON EL SERVICIO PORQUE DEBIA PAGAR UNA MULTA POR RECONEXION Y NO HUBO UNA RECONEXION, PESIMOS, Y CUANDO FALLA EL INTERNET Y DURAMOS HORAS O DIAS SIN INTERNET NO TE CONDONAN NADA DE LA FACTURA, ES UNA COCHINADA, NO SE LOS REMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO Y LO CANCELARE EN CUANTO PUEDA
ABUSIVE PRACTICES FOR RECHARGES FOR LATE PAYMENT. I PAYED ONE DAY AFTER THE EXPIRATION DATE AND 7 DAYS AFTER THE SERVICE WAS SUSPECTED BECAUSE I MUST PAY A FINE FOR RECONNECTION AND THERE WAS NOT A RECONNECTION, WE WEAR, AND WHEN THE INTERNET FAILS AND WE LAST HOURS OR DAYS WITHOUT INTERNET NO THE INVOICE, IS A PICK, I DO NOT REMEMBER THEM IN THE ABSOLUTE AND CANCEL IT AS SOON AS I CAN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio nunca atienden por telefono y menos por correo continuamente se va el servicio y la instalación ni hablar la antena se mueve con el mas minimo viento contrate 10 megas y ni si quiera 2 megas llegan
terrible service they never answer by phone and less by mail the service is continuously going and the installation not to mention the antenna moves with the slightest wind contract 10 megabytes and not even 2 megabytes arrive
