★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Xq esta muy encerrado, no hay mucha ventilacion, siento q el lugar no es apto para un lugar d cross fit ni mucho menos para un gym o algo q tenga q ver con ejercicio y aparte t sacan a calentar a la calle y no es muy seguro q t manden a calentar dándole no se cuantas vueltas a la manzana corriendo
Xq is very enclosed, there is not much ventilation, I feel that the place is not suitable for a place of cross fit, much less for a gym or something that has to do with exercise and apart t take to warm to the street and is not very Surely they send you warm by giving it to you, I don't know how many laps the apple is running

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar. Los entrenadores son muy buenos y están siempre pendientes de nosotros. Los entrenamientos son intensos pero se logra desarrollar mucha fuerza, resistencia, etc. Muy recomendable.
Very good place The coaches are very good and are always aware of us. The workouts are intense but it is possible to develop a lot of strength, resistance, etc. Highly recommended
