★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un familiar que compro en uno de sus edificios y simplemente no colapso de milagro el día de ayer, 19 de septiembre, se supone que son nuevos.. ahora no quieren hacerse responsables de sus desarrollos. considérenlo aquellos que planeen comprar casa con ellos.
I have a relative that I buy in one of their buildings and they just didn't collapse by a miracle yesterday, September 19, they are supposed to be new ... now they don't want to take responsibility for their developments. Consider those who plan to buy a house with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonitas amenidades, muy tranquilo adentro del complejo y con guardias de seguridad en la entrada. Céntrico y cerca del hospital La Raza, super, escuelas y vías rápidas.

They sell you as pet Friendly and afterwards with their assemblies and committees they say that it is not allowed to walk your pets. The area is not that safe and they are close minded with pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio azul con blanco no se va a caer como todos dicen, es fácil hablar sin antes investigar si bien estoy de acuerdo que se ve aparatoso no tiene daño estructural son solo puros acabados, y no están tapando las grietas, si están arreglando bien, si bien como dicen "Es un edificio nuevo que no tuvo porque pasar eso" estoy de acuerdo no tuvo que pasar eso, porque paso? No sé, a lo mejor aplanaron mal desde un principio, no se, si bien es un proyecto nuevo como todos los proyectos tiene fallos y errores, tres lagos no se hizo de la noche a la mañana también tuvo sus incovenientes, este apenas está empezando tranquilidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A raíz del sismo del 19 de septiembre de 2017, el edificio que recién terminaron de construir (blanco con azul) se cuarteó en muchos de sus muros, algunas grietas se veían bastante grandes. ¿Quién sabe que tan grave haya sido el daño? Sin embargo, considerando que es un edificio recién construido y que haya terminado todo cuarteado es de llamar la atención, seguro que está mal construido y no cumple con la normatividad. Desde el día siguiente al temblor comenzaron inmediatamente a resanar las grietas, supongo que para no asustar ni ahuyentar a posibles compradores, pues en estos momentos estan construyendo dos torres más
A mí me daría mucho miedo e incertidumbre comprar un departamento en cualquiera de sus tres torres, seguro que con cualquier temblor fuerte se va a estar agrietando cada vez, por lo menos. NO PARECEN SEGUROS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de los apartamentos es precaria. Filtraciones constantes en las paredes de los 3 niveles de estacionamientos. Los ascensores viven frecuentemente entre fallos y mantenimientos. Y con el movimiento sísmico de ayer, muchas fisuras se abrieron en los apartamentos. Es lamentable que apartamentos tan nuevos, tengan tantas deficiencias no corregidas por la constructora en su tiempo debido.
The quality of the apartments is poor. Constant leaks on the walls of the 3 parking levels. Elevators frequently live between failures and maintenance. And with the earthquake yesterday, many fissures opened in the apartments. It is unfortunate that apartments so new, have so many deficiencies not corrected by the construction company in due time.
