★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO ...pague un boleto a puebla.... de Guadalajara llegue a las 4:30 am a la CDMX el chofer nos bajo nos dijo que no llegaba hasta puebla nos dejaron sobre la avenida exponiendonos.. 8:49 am y apenas voy saliendo hacia puebla.....las recepcionistas muy despotas y no dan respuesta.....
PESIMO SERVICIO ... pay a ticket to Puebla .... from Guadalajara arrive at 4:30 a.m. to the CDMX the driver told us he did not arrive until Puebla left us on the avenue exposing us .. 8:49 a.m. I'm just leaving for people ..... the receptionists very despotes and do not give an answer .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he viajado con ellos y era pura satisfacción, tanto que deje aury porque se me hace mejor servicio con Enlace Express.
Lamentablemente esta ultima vez viaje en un autobús deplorable, estaba sucio y me goteaba agua cada 30 minutos lo cual no me dejo dormir.
De repente a mitad de viaje sentía que me picaba mucho mi cuerpo, pense que era un mosquito (ya que no tengo alergia a nada) y bajando del autobús me doy cuenta que estoy lleno de ronchas solo en mis partes expuestas al asiento (antebrazos, pantorrillas, cuello y manos)
Por favor cuiden su imagen, son grandes empresa como para que no limpien o fumiguen las unidades para que no nos pase esto
I have always traveled with them and it was pure satisfaction, so much so that I left aury because I get better service with Enlace Express.
Unfortunately this last time I traveled in a deplorable bus, it was dirty and I dripped water every 30 minutes which did not let me sleep.
Suddenly in the middle of the trip I felt that my body was itching a lot, I thought it was a mosquito (since I have no allergy to anything) and getting off the bus I realize that I am full of welts only on my parts exposed to the seat (forearms, calves, neck and hands)
Please take care of your image, they are great companies not to clean or fumigate the units so that this does not happen to us
