★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El autobús no contaba con wifi, los baños estaban orinados, pésima atención de todos ahí, son muy mal educados, no cuentan con protocolo de COVID.
Después en la escala que hicimos a CDMX nos dejaron en la calle y nos dieron dinero para ir a pagar los boletos de otra agencia ya que no va directo ni te acompañan al lugar donde los tienes que comprar.
Pésimo servicio, es mejor invertirle un poco más e irte en otra agencia.
 The bus did not have Wi-Fi, the toilets were urinated, terrible attention from everyone there, they are very badly educated, they do not have a COVID protocol.
Later, on the stopover we made to CDMX, they left us on the street and gave us money to go and pay for the tickets of another agency since it does not go directly or do they accompany you to the place where you have to buy them.
Terrible service, it is better to invest a little more and go to another agency.

Ponen autobuses externos en temporada alta además de feos si no se llenan se van por la libre , es buena línea con mucho que mejorar ni se diga si llevas equipaje de más ya todo te quieren cobrar

They put external buses in high season as well as ugly if they don't fill up they go on their own, it's a good line with much to improve not to mention if you carry extra luggage and they want to charge you for everything

En la sucursal de CDMX en una ocasión fueron muy groseros y no me ofrecieron solución porque se me olvidó mi boleto (me mandaron foto de mi boleto y se los mostré y aún así fueron muy groseros).
They always treat poorly. I only use their services when I am short of money as they are cheaper. At the CDMX branch on one occasion they were very rude and did not offer me a solution because I forgot my ticket (they sent me a photo of my ticket and I showed it to them and they were still very rude).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Económico y seguro. Recomiendo viajar a las 11PM ya que los camiones son más nuevos y por lo tanto más cómodos. De preferencia pagar por el VIP. Tomen su tiempo, porque suelen atrasarse un poco los camiones.
Economic and safe. I recommend traveling at 11PM since the buses are newer and therefore more comfortable. Preferably pay for the VIP. Take your time, because the trucks tend to be a little late.
