★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un tema: la salida no es directa de Puebla, te mandan en un bus de línea (generalmente ADO) a la Central del Norte y de ahí el bus a GDL te recoge, por esa razón te piden llegar media hora antes de tu hora de salida (en mi caso, llegué 5 minutos antes pensando que el bus salía de ahí, sin embargo Aurora, la encargada del turno me solucionó rápidamente y me envió a CDMX en ADO sin ningún problema, tiene muy buena actitud). Ya en CDMX el bus que abordas no está mal a pesar de tener sus años: el baño funciona, te ponen un par de peliculas durante el viaje y son relativamente cómodos. En resumen: por 600 pesos (PUE-GDL para mi caso) el servicio está bien, ojalá tuvieran un poquito más de publicidad, así el bus podría salir desde Puebla.
They have a theme: the departure is not direct from Puebla, they send you on a bus line (usually ADO) to Central del Norte and from there the bus to GDL picks you up, for that reason they ask you to arrive half an hour before your time departure (in my case, I arrived 5 minutes before thinking that the bus was leaving there, however Aurora, the person in charge of the shift quickly solved me and sent me to CDMX in ADO without any problem, she has a very good attitude). Already in CDMX the bus you board is not bad despite its age: the bathroom works, they show you a couple of movies during the trip and they are relatively comfortable. In summary: for 600 pesos (PUE-GDL for my case) the service is fine, I wish they had a little more advertising, so the bus could leave from Puebla.

Tienen mala organización
No sé confíen ,es fatal comprar tu boleto y que en la terminal de Puebla otras personas tengan el mismo número de boleto
A los que checan el boleto se les hace fácil mandarte a otros lugares ,pero si uno con anticipacion los compré porque te cambian y más deberían tomar más enserio esto cuando hay niños .
El servicio es para todos y creo q todo lugar debería respetarse
