K	Karla Avitia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. Pedía una cotización la cual no me respetaron. Cuando tuve que pedir una segunda cotización, me dijeron que me la enviarían lo cual no fue así. Quien me atendió fue Liliana González quien dice ser Socia y el servicio que da es pésimo, no te resuelve nada ni se hace responsable de sus errores. Su justificación del porque no me envió la cotización era porque se llegó la hora de salida y se fue, sin siquiera tener la cortesía de decirme que no me la podrían enviar porque le quitaría 5 minutos hacerme la cotización y ya se quería ir. Me quedo esperando a que llegue el día hábil para que me envíe la cotización y nada, tuve que escribir de nuevo, y me envía una cotización errónea, le marco y solo recibo justificaciones. PÉSIMO ATENCIÓN, me alegra no haberlos contratado, si así fue la atención, no me quiero imaginar el servicio que dan..... Bad experience. I asked for a quote which was not respected. When I had to ask for a second quote, they told me that they would send it to me, which was not the case. The person who attended me was Liliana González who claims to be a Partner and the service she gives is terrible, it does not solve anything for you nor is she responsible for her mistakes. His justification for why he did not send me the quote was because the time of departure had arrived and he left, without even having the courtesy to tell me that they could not send it to me because it would take him 5 minutes to make the quote and he wanted to leave. I wait for the business day to arrive for him to send me the quote and nothing, I had to write again, and he sent me a wrong quote, I mark it and I only receive justifications. AWFUL ATTENTION, I am glad I did not hire them, if that was the attention, I do not want to imagine the service they give .....

Muy profesional y el equipo tuvo mucho cuidado con todo lo que hicieron. Fueron puntuales y no hubo ningún detalle con muebles o piezas transportadas. Seguramente en una nueva oportunidad buscaré sus servicios. I have already made several moves and I can say that it was the best company hired so far. NO ES UN FLETE, es una empresa de mudanza establecida. Si buscas precios muy muy económicos no es lo que buscas. Me respetaron mi cotización , me regresaron el deposito de las cajas que te prestan al mudarte, cuidaron mis muebles, no dañaron las áreas comunes de ningún lugar, camiones grandes y con el logotipo de la empresa. Recomendable por la seriedad. Second time I contract them. They make me a move with affordable prices for the service they offer. IT IS NOT A FREIGHT, it is an established moving company. If you are looking for very very cheap prices it is not what you are looking for. They respected my quote, they returned the deposit of the boxes that they lend you when you moved, they took care of my furniture, they did not damage the common areas of any place, large trucks and with the company logo. Recommended for its seriousness.
