You buy one thing and they give you another, they teach you good quality frames and they give you much lower quality apart from giving it to you at a premium price. No longer recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían tener una mejor atención al cliente por teléfono, por la contingencia ahora es difícil para muchas personas el transportarnos al lugar en físico para cotizar precios, marque para preguntar costos sobre marcos y no me los quisieron dar, puesto que me pedían un modelo en específico, el cuál no sabía, ya que no me dedico a eso, explique sobre un aproximado de sus modelos más accesibles y nuevamente me negaron la atención. Deberían ser más flexibles y tener mayor atención, no les costaba nada explicarme el material y el costo.
They should have better customer service by phone, because of the contingency now it is difficult for many people to transport us to the physical place to quote prices, I checked to ask for costs about frames and they did not want to give them to me, since they asked me for a specific model , which I did not know, since I do not dedicate myself to that, I explained about an approximate of their most accessible models and again they denied me attention. They should be more flexible and have more attention, it was easy for them to explain the material and the cost to me.
