Una lastima ya que la ubicación es comveniente, los horarios amplios y esta cerca de oficinas y en el centro comercial

Solo ha llegado 1 empleado y somos 2 personas afuera.
Punctuality in spite of making appointments. They open “Supposedly” 9:00 am but it is 9:20 and we are still waiting outside.
Only 1 employee has arrived and we are 2 people outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si esperan calidad, no es el mejor lugar, por el precio pueden ir a cualquier otra estética con el mismo servicio y más barato. Yo creo que les pagan por comisión de ventas al personal, porque a fuerza quieren meterte tratamientos cuando solo vas por un servicio.
If you expect quality, it is not the best place, for the price you can go to any other aesthetic with the same service and cheaper. I think they are paid by the sales commission to the staff, because they want to give you treatments when you only go for one service.

Ahora fui ayer, es enero 20 de 2022 hice cita a las 7 pm y el chico que me cortó el pelo no me quiso ni secar el pelo, me dijo que el peinado era aparte y obviamente no me iba a ir toda mojada, pues le pagué 100 pesos extra y lo pedí lacio, me secó con el cepillo y la secadora y le pedí que me pasará la plancha y no quiso, me dijo que era una u otra y que ya me había peinado con secadora y yo no pedí eso. Yo solo lo quería súper lacio y aparte me cobró extra por el peinado que no me quiso hacer, me robó. Aparte no me cobró con tarjeta, solo efectivo yo creo para robarle a la empresa y no me quiso aplicar mi descuento de empleada de carso.
