★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Han bajado bastante su profesionalismo, te atienden con jeta (mas los chavos), no te aplican bien el shampoo, pides un despunte y te cortan como 20 cm de cabello. En mi caso me atendio un chico llamado Jairo y le dije que despunte en forma de "V" como lo pido en todas las sucursales de EB que he ido y pues él resulta que me dice que a fuerzas tiene que degrafilar (cosa que odio, y que el me terminó haciendo. Cuando no lo hacen los otros chicos) mi cabello me llegaba abajo de las bubis y me lo terminó dejando a la altura de los hombros. En fin pesimo servicio.

Pobre de la chava que no vaya con una idea clara y el nombre exacto del corte lo que se quiere hacer y pida algún consejo a sus ""estilistas"", porque aquí la van a tratar muy mal. Esta persona en la foto (el de cubrebocas) me atendió con una pésima actitud (y viendo los comentarios recientes, es el claro que ejemplo de porqué ni tienen gente), de lo más grosero y sin ganas de trabajar. Le mostré imágenes y le pregunté sugerencias de cortes y me dijo "lo único que te puedo hacer es un corte recto, capas o en V y con ninguno de esos cortes me iba a ver diferente...". Estoy resumiendo, pero todo fue muy incomodo. Antes de terminar con un mal corte, mejor me levanté y le dije que notaba que no le gusta hacer su trabajo pues no tiene ni una pizca de servicio a cliente. También lo comenté en la recepción. Nunca vuelvo.
APPALLING!!!!! Solo hay una persona cortando el pelo, pésima actitud, le enseñe una foto de lo que quería y me hizo lo que el quiso, literal, me dejó el pelo sp corto y disparejo. Hice mi cita a las 6 y tardaron más de media hora en atenderme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tres semanas me atendió un wey flaco, de lentes, con tatuajes y gorrita. La verdad ese tipo NO sabe cortar el cabello, me dejó todo mordisqueado, definitivamente NO sabe lo que hace y ni modo que me pegue el cabello, ya ni reclamar vale la pena. De verdad, NO vayan a ese lugar, lo que van a gastar NO corresponde con lo que ellos cobran. Pésimo servicio. Además siempre quieren que pagues con efectivo y las viejas de la recepción están siempre de jeta.
Three weeks ago I was attended by a skinny guy, with glasses, tattoos and a hat. The truth is, that guy doesn't know how to cut my hair, he left me all chewed up, he definitely doesn't know what he's doing and there's no way he'll hit my hair, it's not even worth complaining anymore. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio por parte del estilista fue muy bueno. Desconozco su nombre, es un chico delgado de lentes, con tatuajes. Me hizo buenas recomendaciones para el cuidado de mi cabello, sus instrumentos de trabajo estaban limpios y cuidados, y en general fue muy amable.
Pero la mujer que se encuentra en la recepción/caja es sumamente descortés, desde siempre. Le haces preguntas y contesta de mala manera, o haciendo muecas. Como referencia, tiene el cabello lacio y teñido de rubio. Lo pensaría mucho para volver a ir si está ella atendiendo.
