Ensueño Nupcial - 64000 Monterrey

En general es un buen lugar, las observaciones que tengo es que su catálogo de vestidos no está bien hecho, no se ven las fotos de los vestidos que tienen (se pueden tomar mejores fotos de sus vestidos). Además ese día no me pareció al ver que (el que supongo es el dueño) regañaba a una de las chicas de mostrador de una forma no apropiada delante de todos, una empresa que no trata bien a sus empleadas no puede tratar bien a un cliente. Por otro lado el trato de las vendedoras fue muy bueno, muy amables en todo y la calidad de los vestidos es regular-buena puesto contra el costo es un muy buen lugar por eso doy 3 estrellas, me gustó en general pero pueden mejorar, Y a la misma hora publiqué otras reseñas porque no las hago en el momento que estoy ahí, sino después, da igual si está cerrado o no

Excelente atención por parte de la señora Juanita! Gracias a ella encontré mi vestido ???? desde hace 10 años ensueño nupcial forma parte de nuestros grandes momentos y claro que lo seguirá haciendo ? felicidades!!!

My score is honest.. My comment was in spanish by the way... and your store is based out of Mexico. Wish you could have more respect for your customers.. anyways.. I do not know anyone from your rivalry stores nor did they pay me to rate you. It is simple.. I asked you if you had a product that I was looking for.. you said "no".. very respectfully I then asked you if you knew about a place where I could find the product. You sarcastically laughed and turned away.. hey.. guess what? If you had the most up to date products I would've purchase the items from you.. but instead you laughed at my face and did not help. I was not trying to purchase from other stores. It was just a question.. on the other hand, you have tons of 5 star reviews.. im sorry I don't think like all the other customers. I have the right to share my opinion.. if I had the option to put negative stars on your service I would.. I would do it all over again. It is very dissapointing that I travelled to your tacky store from the U.S just to find your horrid customer service. Ahhh y deja de cambiar los comentarios una y otra ves.. acepta una mala calificacion. No te va pasar nada!
