Héctor que aun con reservación y hablando con él personalmente no respeto nuestra reservación y aún estando en tiempo y forma ya no siquiera se digno a contestar el teléfono. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, ojalá nunca tengan una emergencia y se topen con este nefasto individuo. Lastim, que por una persona se pierda tanto.
Terrible service from the staff and specifically from mr. Héctor, even with a reservation and speaking with him personally, did not respect our reservation and even though he was on time and in the correct manner, he no longer even deigned to answer the phone. I do not recommend it to anyone, I hope they never have an emergency and run into this nefarious individual. Too bad, that for one person so much is lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de recibir buen atención al momento de recoger en el aeropuerto:
1. No encontraba al personal de servicio en el aeropuerto, tuve que realizar un rastreo con las otras compañías.
2. Al momento de recibir el vehículo, los cambiaron 2 veces porque se equivocaron en el papeleo y al momento de cuestionar cierto hermetismo observado, me comentan que una llanta se vaciaba “por el calor” insultando completamente mi inteligencia. A pesar de solicitar que apuntaran el precedente de que la llanta mantenía un evidente desperfecto, no hicieron algo para asegurar la integridad de lo que se me estaba entregando y a diferencia, me trataron de asustar con que si dañaba la llanta tendría que pagar el daño.
Despite receiving good care when picking up at the airport:
1. I couldn't find the service personnel at the airport, I had to do a search with the other companies.
2. At the time of receiving the vehicle, they changed them twice because they made a mistake in the paperwork and when questioning a certain hermeticism observed, they told me that a tire was emptied "because of the heat" completely insulting my intelligence. Despite requesting that they point out the precedent that the tire had an obvious damage, they did not do anything to ensure the integrity of what was being delivered to me and unlike, they tried to scare me that if I damaged the tire I would have to pay for the damage.
