★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These sales reps want to sell you on the extra insurance and scare you into placing a LARGE hold on your card (sometimes 2-3k) if you do not take their extra insurance. I declined, they made me give my credit card for a copy, when I refused to do this they became agitated and made up some excuses. Finally, I gave my card -- sure enough 14 days later my card is getting charged fraudulently by places in Mexico and by the insurance they were trying to sell me!!! HUGE SCAM PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. Not the same experience as Enterprise US. All of the 1-star reviews are accurate. $25 per day mandatory insurance (Mexico policy). Plus salesmen trying to rope you into a timeshare presentation to recoup your costs before you even make it out the door. Also, their cars are flimsy junk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and the vehicle were fine. However I ended up paying 60% more ($66.00 per day) than I was quoted for a midsize suv. They would not let me leave with the car and until I agreed with all the extra insurance and add ons.

There was absolutely no reason or understanding as to why this happened. Our total ended up being twice as much as quoted online. Definitely choose another company to rent a car from

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience ever...these guys go above and beyond for you. We were not been able to fit ourselves and the stroller of the baby with us and these guys drove us all the way to the hotel in a roomie vehicle and made sure we get a wider and bigger vehicle a day after. That's something you don't even get in the U.S. great memories thanks to these guys and their amazing clean and new vehicles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike some of the other reviewers, I had no issues with this place. Yes, they charge $25/day for mandatory third party liability insurance which is nominal in my opinion. They did not try to tack on any additional charges and were fair and transparent. The car was fine and the shuttle to the terminal was timely. I'd rent from them again the next time I return to Vallarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this office is very helpful, friendly and give great service, especially Alfonsus. Do you homework because yes, you have to get 3rd party liability in Mexico. Your credit card may cover the other liabilities but you will have a large hold on your card. Not that much more expensive to get full coverage. Shuttle service is provided at airport but go to the Enterprise/National office, they will guide you to proper shuttle. Cars are 5 minutes off site. Office is on main highway so easy to get going. I also got stopped by Mexican police for an illegal left turn on my way back to drop off car. They took my license and only gave it back when i gave them pesos. They wanted around 1600 and I gave them 320. Beware. I rented a great SUV,spotless,500km, great ride. Highly recommend.
