Booked a full size car, they didn’t have a vehicle in this size category available when I went to pick up, so was offered a compact SUV instead. Got a Renault Duster that had definitely seen better days, was very scratched up. Also, only a 4 speed which wasn’t the best driving experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a car rental company. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. I made a reservation 2 days prior to needing the vehicle and received a confirmation email. When I go to pickup the car, the person at the front desk told me to come back in 30mins as they had no vehicles. I end up leaving and before I go back I call to make sure they have something for me. The same person at the front desk proceeds to tell me there is nothing for me and does not offer to help me in anyway. She tells me there are no cars available and there is nothing she can do to help me find another vehicle. Her last name was Mariano I believe.
