★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En otras sucursales te tratan muy amigables aquí raro no me entregaron el vehículo con tanque lleno, eso es un problema, primera ves que no me aceptan tarjeta carnet y no son extremadamente cuidadosos con la sanitización del vehículo.
In other branches they treat you very friendly here, weirdly they did not give me the vehicle with a full tank, that is a problem, first time they do not accept a license card and they are not extremely careful with the sanitation of the vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW. just wow. We just showed up to get our van to catch our flight to Cancun tomorrow morning, it had been reserved weeks ago, we're taking our family tomorrow morning with two small children and.... There's no van. Nothing, nada.
They didn't even have the decency to contact us that the van wouldn't be available, or have an alternative for us. When we asked the front desk person how can this be, his response was: "well, this is Mexico."
This is the worst customer service I've ever received from Enterprise. And now, we're left scrambling at 8:30pm to find a van for tomorrow first thing in the morning.
