Enterprise Rent-A-Car - 76270 Santiago de Querétaro

Pésimo servicio. No puede ser más malo. Una reservación de hace Un mes y no tenían el auto solicitado. No respetaron las pólizas contratadas con expedia. Dicen que ese es problema de expedia y que ellos no reconocen esos seguros. Mejor que no se anuncien en esas páginas. Recomiendo NO tomar esta compañía como opción. No te resuelven ninguno de los problemas que ellos mismos te ocasionan. Terrible, Terrible..

Renté un vehículo del 30 de Nov al 02 de Dic, todo estuvo bien... Tomando video al vehículo antes y después de la renta me aseguro de no tener problemas. Todo bien en mi caso.

Very unprofessional and disappointing. We paid the contract three months before arriving with no details of their pick up policy: the travel agency and airport says pick up and drop off until 9pm. We arrived from our flight at 1pm for the one employee to tell us they marked us as a no show and gave away our car to someone else. He said that supposedly if we don’t pick up by 10:30am that it is a no show. That made no sense as a policy at an international airport where flights come from every country at any time. The employee then wanted to sell us a rental car that was much smaller than our booking, and almost at 2x the price.. We called corporate and they were not helpful. We called the booking agency since they wanted Enterprise to respect their booking with us and how they show online that we can pick up the rental until 9pm, but the employee did not want to cooperate. Ultimately it is clear that they rented out the car to someone else who arrived before us and probably paid a higher price say of than we did when we booked three months ago. I do not recommend this company when traveling international to Querétaro. Poor customer service, unprofessional and sneaky.
