★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio de principio a fin. Llegamos a San Luis Potosi a las 6:30pm y a las 7:00pm ya nos habían entregado nuestra unidad y eso que no contábamos con reservación alguna. La señorita que nos atendió muy amable en todo momento. Sin quejas sobre la unidad, que por cierto se nos hizo muy económico el precio de renta, el cual además ya incluia el seguro. Al final, nosotros tuvimos un contratiempo y se nos hizo imposible llegar a la hora de entrega acordada, y ellos nos esperaron más de una hora y sin cobrarnos ni un solo peso extra y su trato excelente, a pesar de la tardanza por nuestra parte. Quedamos muy contentos con la experiencia y en definitiva, cuando volvamos a SLP, volveremos a rentar en Enterprise! Muchas gracias. ?
Very good service from start to finish. We arrived in San Luis Potosi at 6:30 p.m. and at 7:00 p.m. they had already delivered our unit and we did not have any reservations. The lady who attended us very friendly at all times. No complaints about the unit, which by the way made the rental price very economical, which also already included insurance. In the end, we had a setback and it was impossible for us to arrive at the agreed delivery time, and they waited for us for more than an hour and without charging us a single extra peso and their excellent treatment, despite the delay on our part. We are very happy with the experience and in short, when we return to SLP, we will rent at Enterprise again! Thanks a lot. ?
