I did not respect the reservation I had for 1 month. Terrible service. They told me they no longer had cars even though I had the reservation and they didn't help me find another solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff spoke english and spanish. He was very patient with us and tried to explain.
But he couldn‘t give us detailled information about insurance conditions. He told us we would have to pay the full costs in case of theft of the car or parts of it.
He showed us a piece of paper with their insurance terms (spanish&english), obviously the translation to english had a lot of mistakes. So it wasnt stated very clear, what the insurance would cover and what not.
In the end we didn‘t rent a car there.
