★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonitas vistas, pero OJO al comprar casa, los defectos que pueda tener (contactos y sockets sin energía,fugas,etc) tardan MESES en repararlos… en mi caso van 3 meses y es fecha que aún no puedo habitar mi casa pues sigo esperando que los arreglen… la venta es una cosa y el soporte post venta es otra muy diferente ?
Beautiful views, but BEWARE when buying a house, the defects that it may have (contacts and sockets without power, leaks, etc.) take MONTHS to repair them... in my case it's been 3 months and it's date that I still can't live in my house because I'm still waiting for fix them… the sale is one thing and the post-sale support is quite another ?
