When sites are built with love, it shows. And when not, too. The place is beautiful, the idea is great, but the lack of desire and love leave much to be desired. A smile from the staff, a detail, something, would be appreciated. The same thing is that we arrived with high expectations but the truth is that we felt quite disappointed. The bathrooms are cleaned at 11am (dirty since 6pm when we arrived, very dirty), the beach area was never clean (we stayed 3 days), the first day there was no water coming out of the showers and no apology, the sheets They were full of sand as soon as we entered and they questioned us, in 3 different glasses that we ordered, we literally got pieces of a plastic bag (from crushing the ice with the bag) nor did they change my drink but at least there they did apologize. . Anyway, a shame about the place because it is very easy to do things a little better. We would not return.

The place is perfect for those who want to get away from the city and spend one or more days relaxing with the sea and learning a little more about the ecosystem of the place, it is very interesting. In addition to being able to rest in their glamping-type cabins and their camping area, they have a restaurant/bar and palapas to rest next to the mangroves and the sea. As extra activities is knowing a turtle camp where if it happens, they give you the opportunity to release turtles; there is a kayak or boat tour (you have to ask) to see the mangroves. To get here is not so easy BUT the resort gives you the number of a very friendly taxi driver who picks you up at the OCC bus terminal in Tonalá and takes you directly to the pier for $250.00 where you notify and he picks up the boat with a cost of $70.00 (February 2022) If you have a car, when you arrive at the pier you will see the resort's parking lot. It is one of the best places in the area and they give it constant maintenance. The attention of the guys was very good, they are very kind and attentive and they explain in detail everything you need to know about the resort. In general the food and drinks are of good quality and well served. I really enjoyed my stay here, it's very peaceful and calm. The only thing to consider is that there is an object in the sea a few meters from the shore that is a danger to the public, if the tide is high it cannot be seen and I would suggest removing it to avoid physical damage.

Excellent facilities, Staff do not have the practice or experience in customer service which adds a distance between guest and staff, whether they are volunteers or permanent staff, training in customer service is always appropriate. The food is good, but I recommend exploring the neighboring restaurants, renting a kayak helps you a lot to get to know more than just the corner where they are established. :)

The best place to rest and disconnect, a beautiful natural place. On the one hand, the immensity of the sea, on the other the beautiful lagoon. The great variety of flora and fauna is impressive. The cabins allow to be in coexistence with nature, you can observe the sunrise and at night the starry sky. Delicious food, drinks likewise. Fully sustainable, totally committed to the environment ??
