★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregan a tiempo y bien, jamás me han perdido un paquete o entregado tarde, casi siempre los pido ocurre para que lo recojan, pero el servicio es bueno y el señor que atiende es muy amable, además hay cobro con tarjeta y sino llevas caja o sobre allí te lo proporcionan.

En general a mi experiencia con paquetería estrella blanca siempre ha sido mala y fui por necesidad de enviar un paquete grande ya que en fedex no aceptan más de 1.20 mts, mi solución fue paquetería castores y te quitas de estar rogando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso la atención fue clara y las indicaciones totalmente acertadas. El tiempo de entrega de acuerdo a horarios y distancias está dentro de lo que ofrecen. Sin mentiras ni engaños, la gente que opine negativamente de Envia seguramente le falta conocimiento de los procedimientos a seguir y justifican sus retrasos culpando a la transportista cuando realmente no es así. Para obtener las respuestas a las preguntas realizadas primero deben de ser muy claros al formularlas y con el debido respeto hacia las personas que atienden en el lugar y en verdad los resultados son excelentes. Si recomiendo sus servicios.
