 Bad service says the page at 8:30 in the morning and it is 8:50 and still closed and I call and they tell me that until 9 because the manager has not arrived ?

Cuidado con los paquetes que deben llevar refrigeración porque no respetan los tiempos de entrega además de ser caro. No es una empresa confiable. Publiquen sus experiencias con esta empresa o seguirán abusando del cliente
Terrible service. They do not respect the closing hours. Nobody is picking up the phone. Terrible attention. Beware of packages that must be refrigerated because they do not respect delivery times as well as being expensive. It is not a trustworthy company. Post your experiences with this company or they will continue to abuse the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el tiempo de envio es demasiado, (5 días hábiles de Jalisco a Tepic!?) No cumplen con horario y NUNCA contestan el teléfono. Hablas al centro de atención y no te dan solución, solo dicen que desconocen la ubicación, preferible pagar más a tener la incertidumbre del status de tus paquetes.
Terrible service, the shipping time is too much, (5 business days from Jalisco to Tepic !?) They do not meet the schedule and they NEVER answer the phone. You speak to the center of attention and they do not give you a solution, they only say that they do not know the location, it is preferable to pay more than to have the uncertainty of the status of your packages.
