No recomiendo esta sucursal por su personal prepotente y sin disposición de recibir un envío dentro del horario de atención.
Terrible attention, the lady who attends did not want me to receive a shipment with 10 minutes to close and she became rude along with the delivery man from Estrella Blanca.
I do not recommend this branch for its arrogant staff and without the willingness to receive a shipment during business hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene una semana de que envié un paquete, apenas hoy me mandaron mi factura después de hablar literalmente 10 veces por teléfono a diversos números de Estrella Blanca, mandar 6 correos a gente diferente y tratar de generar la factura 4 veces en su sitio web. Después de eso me entero hoy (una semana después de enviar mi paquete) que no se ha recibido en el destino. Marco a atención a clientes, 3 veces me colgaron, la 4ta me dijeron que no sabían por qué no ha llegado mi paquete a la ciudad de destino y me generaron un reporte. No hay fecha de entrega de mi paquete, el servicio a cliente es PÉSIMO, el personal es grosero y nada útil. NO MANDEN NADA POR ESTA PAQUETERÍA NUNCA!!!
It's been a week since I sent a package, just today they sent me my invoice after speaking literally 10 times on the phone to various Estrella Blanca numbers, sending 6 emails to different people and trying to generate the invoice 4 times on their website. After that I find out today (a week after sending my package) that it has not been received at the destination. I dial customer service, 3 times they hung up on me, the 4th time they told me that they did not know why my package has not arrived at the destination city and they generated a report for me. There is no delivery date for my package, the customer service is AWFUL, the staff is rude and not helpful. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING THROUGH THIS PACKAGE EVER!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La persona que atiende no es nada educada, no tenían terminal y llevo dos días tratando de obtener mi factura. Marque para preguntar por mi factura y me mandaron a una página web que no sirve. Volví a marcar y me dieron un teléfono (que no contestan) para que alguien más me mande la factura. Sigo sin obtener mi factura. No vuelvo a este lugar.
Terrible service. The person who attends is not polite at all, they did not have a terminal and I have been trying to get my invoice for two days. I dialed to ask for my bill and was sent to a web page that doesn't work. I dialed again and they gave me a phone (they don't answer) so someone else can send me the bill. I still don't get my invoice. I will not return to this place.
