Ciertamente y con justa razón su opinión de los que han utilizado el servicio no es lo que esperaban y pues aveces hay que entender no se confunda la logística y la distribución de la mensajeria con el trabajo o desempeño del personal es decir la atención al cliente claro hay sus excepciones pero si hay personal comprometido solo que por razones ajenas y de causas mayores a estás hacen ver qué hay una mala atención al cliente no los justifico solo me está decir que esto se vaya restableciendo poco a poco para que pueda ir mejorando el servicio de distribución y logística no para ser líder si no estar dentro del mercado y estar de nueva cuenta compitiendo dentro de las mejores paqueterías entre otros servicios que ofrece Estrella Blanca y que los que que tengan que decidir el rumbo de está gran empresa tomen las desiciones para que así sea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy tardado .no llevan un control de donde esta tu producto en transito..no te dicen con seguridad cuando llegara tu paquete.sinceramente no lo volveré a utilizar.
It is very time consuming. They do not keep track of where your product is in transit. They do not tell you for sure when your package will arrive. I will honestly not use it again.
