Llegó mi paquete y no lo trajeron al domicilio tuvimos que ir a buscarlo y llegó roto mi pedido. Recomiendo que busquen otras opciones de paquetería.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio primero que no llega el paquete después que no tienen personal para entregar a domicilio les pides la dirección de dónde está el paquete y dicen que no saben en cual oficina porque están aliadas con otra paquetería. Nunca contestan yo lo hice a un 800 pero me salió la misma ya lleva 13 días el paquete sin llegar ni me dan una respuesta concreta.
Terrible service first that the package does not arrive after that they do not have personnel to deliver to the home, you ask them for the address of where the package is and they say that they do not know which office because they are allied with another parcel company. They never answer I did it at 800 but the same thing came out and the package has been 13 days without arriving nor do they give me a specific answer.
