Me perdieron una maleta que envíe desde Nogales a Morelia.
Les tuve que pagar allí por el envío y me pidieron bocado.
Después de tres meses y llamar e ir en persona mil veces.
Dándome largas y mareando me de un sitio a otro al final no supieron que pasó con la maleta.
Después de 5 meses me dieron 1.200 pesos por el valor de la maleta y su contenido.
No volveré en la vida a esa fletera.para mi unos incompetentes.
Very poor service.
They lost a suitcase that I sent from Nogales to Morelia.
I had to pay them there for the shipping and they asked me for a bite.
After three months and calling and going in person a thousand times.
Giving me long and dizzy from one place to another at the end they did not know what happened to the suitcase.
After 5 months they gave me 1,200 pesos for the value of the suitcase and its contents.
I will never return to that freight forwarder. For me some incompetents.
