Terrible service please do not use it, they lose the packages and in my now if the last shipment for this company slop takes a week and a half without reaching Monterrey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa sin seriedad, tardan mucho los paquetes, se pierden sus chóferes cosa ir no puedo creer y la persona que rastrea los paquetes se tardó más de 15 mins en localizar mi paquet y todo para decir que llega al otro día ya que se perdió el chófer jajaja ver para creer!!
It is a company without seriousness, the packages take a long time, their drivers are lost, I cannot believe it and the person who tracks the packages took more than 15 minutes to locate my package and all to say that it arrives the next day since it was lost the driver hahaha see to believe !!

En mi particular caso la compañía cometió un error al etiquetar el envio y se rehusó a ofrecer soluciones a pesar de diversas propuestas de nuestra parte. Cualquiera compañis comete un error, el cómo lo afronte y lo resuelva hacia el cliente es lo que cuenta. No recomendable.
Terrible quality of service. In addition, customer service is almost nil. In my particular case, the company made a mistake when labeling the shipment and refused to offer solutions despite various proposals on our part. Any company makes a mistake, how they face it and solve it for the customer is what counts. Not recommendable.
