★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio nefasto, te dan una tarifa como gancho de 85 pesos a toda la republica y ya después resulta que era por apertura ese costo o que ya incrementaron sus tarifas en inicio de año cuando nunca se negocio de esa forma, muy mal labor de venta deben ser claros desde el inicio y uno sabra si quiere o no. Ah pero la siguen ofertando.....

Utiliza teiker u otra plataforma.
Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas estaría más conforme
Do not buy guides here, request a home service and without prior notice they change what happens, marks to know what happens and hang up, they are not responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola amigos de Enviatodo, mi experiencia con ustedes ha sido excelente, iniciamos un proyecto de Clases virtuales de construcción de Títeres y solo lo hemos podido concretar con la ayuda de ustedes, el envío de los kits de títeres ha sido muy fácil con su plataforma ya que los paquetes van a diferentes partes del país y su plataforma nos permite visualizar las diferentes paqueterías que pueden hacer la entrega sin tener que estar preguntando de una en una si tienen o no entrega en la zona de destino. También las tarifas son competitivas y en ocasiones bastantes más bajas que si se compran las guías directamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio, no tienen información de nada. Cuando preguntas cuanto tarda en llegar el envio te dicen que solo las empresas te pueden decir, así que no sabes los tiempos de entrega. Cuando vas a la pantalla de rastreo en esta aplicación no funciona, o sea no tienen information de tu paquete.
Pague un envío de un día para otro y tardo 3 días, no se hicieron responsables ni esta aplicación ni Estafeta, perdí el compromiso que tenia con este envio y los de esta aplicación no tuvieron nunca una respuesta, ni reembolso, ni otra guía ni nada.
Solo estoy esperando terminar el saldo que tontamente deposite y te piden por adelantado para salirme y no volver a usar esta aplicación .
No se enredan con esta gente, no ofrecen ninguna ventaja , igual tratar directamente con las empresas de envio.

Marcas al numero de servicio al cliente y te atienden como si les hicieras un favor
Si quieres evitar problemas con tus clientes envíatodo NO son opción.
