Apreciable Cliente: Por cambios en las disposiciones fiscales, es importante que en caso de requerir factura por operaciones celebradas durante el ejercicio 2021, esta sea solicitada a más tardar el 31 de enero de 2022.
Nos será imposible expedir facturas a partir de febrero de 2022 por operaciones realizadas en el ejercicio 2021 o anteriores.

Envié un paquete a las 8 de la mañana, de Querétaro a CDMX(2Hrs 30 Min aprox), solicite servicio express y me dicen llegara a la 1:10 aprox, terminando lo de entregar a las 6:40 de la tarde.(5 horas después de lo prometido)
Pude literalmente subirme al camión a CDMX entregar el paquete y regresarme a Querétaro y hubiese sido más rápido. Además de que en la sucursal de terminal Norte nunca contestaron el telefono y no encontraban el paquete aún cuando el sistema les decía que ya estaba disponible. Repito, PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
To say that they are worth vga is little, terrible service. The page to verify shipments DOES NOT WORK. I sent a package at 8 in the morning, from Querétaro to CDMX (2Hrs 30 Min approx), request express service and they tell me it will arrive at 1:10 approx, finishing the delivery at 6:40 in the afternoon. (5 hours after promised)
I could literally get on the truck to CDMX deliver the package and return to Querétaro and it would have been faster. In addition to the fact that at the North terminal branch they never answered the phone and could not find the package even when the system told them that it was already available. I repeat, AWFUL SERVICE.

Llega mi turno y una de las señoras le dice a su compañera "dile que te espere y dale prioridad a la venta" (después de estar 35 min formado) la chica no le hizo caso y le volvió a decir la NACA esta, porque de VDD no hay otra manera de llamarle, le digo entonces has dos filas e indicales que una es para envío y otra para recoger y me contesta "yo ya no estoy trabajando".
