Enzo is a really nice guy and generally made me feel welcomed but he simply did not cut my hair the way I asked and I’m extremely disappointed with his work. I haven’t been this upset about a haircut in years. I showed him multiple pictures of what I wanted and described my hair texture to him and he seemed to have understood. He didn’t ask any questions or anything, but just started cutting my hair which I found nerve wrecking. He seemed to have started free styling with the cut because he started to do things that contradicted the multiple pictures I showed him. I had to stop him a couple times to tell him he was going too high with my sides or because they looked really funny. I asked him to go shorter and he basically refused because he would have to cut more off the top. He then did some last touches and asked if I was happy with it and I told him I wasn’t. Some parts were cut too short, some parts were too long. The haircut was even brushed in the complete opposite direction of the pictures i showed him. He didn’t seem to care because he took off the cape and then started getting ready for his next appointment. Overall, I went to Enzo because he’s supposed to be the best in town but he didn’t care enough to fit the hairstyle to what I wanted. I’m extremely disappointed because now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Maybe consider another stylist.

Enzo did a fantastic job with my hair! I'm always nervous with hilights, I hate striped hair lol. But he blended it the bayalage so naturally, it's probably the best I've had done! Great cut too. I will absolutely be back again!
