Ha y el internet pesimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar tranquilo pero el personal que trabaja allí ( no todos) de lo más prepotente y grosero sobretodo esa señora Juana no sabe ni que hacer es grosera y de todo te quiere cobrar extra cuando estás pagando en dólares pero bueno ni modo ya fue...
The quiet place but the staff that works there (not all) of the most arrogant and rude, especially that lady Juana does not even know what to do, she is rude and she wants to charge you extra when you are paying in dollars but hey, no way. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvimos con mi marido.El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. La zona muy segura, zona de embajadas, lindo para caminar.
Tanto el portero como la señora que limpia muy amables y atentos.
El apto es amplio y limpio.
Contras. El apartamento está equipado con lo justo, no sobra nada. 2 vasos, 2 sillas, etc. No tiene horno. Tv solo en habitación. La mesa para comer y trabajar es extremadamente pequeña. Precisamos trabajar los dos y uno lo tuvo que hacer en la mesa ratona, muy incómodo.
Para pocos días es ideal, para pasar algunas semanas, le falta aún!
We were with my husband. The apartment is very well located. Very safe area, embassy area, nice to walk.
Both the doorman and the cleaning lady are very friendly and attentive.
The apt is spacious and clean.
Cons. The apartment is equipped with just enough, nothing is left over. 2 glasses, 2 chairs, etc. It does not have an oven. Tv only in room. The table for eating and working is extremely small. We both needed to work and one had to do it at the coffee table, very uncomfortable.
For a few days it is ideal, to spend a few weeks, it is still missing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención y el espacio me parecen bien en relación al precio, sin embargo hay muchos detalles en el departamento que deberían tomar en cuenta como la iluminación, es muy molesta la luz blanca de focos ahorradores viejitos. Las almohadas y las camas pueden mejorar la calidad porque no son cómodas. En general solo mejoraría esos aspectos para tener un servicio de 5 estrellas.
The attention and the space seem good to me in relation to the price, however there are many details in the department that should be taken into account such as the lighting, the white light of old saving lamps is very annoying. Pillows and beds can improve quality because they are not comfortable. In general I would only improve those aspects to have a 5 star service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying in one of their 2 bedrooms/2 bath apartments for 11 days. Price is very reasonable, good location for my needs, nearby restaurants and stores (less than a mile for everything one may need). The common area and the apartments are cleaned spotless every day except for Sunday. Representatives on site are courteous and accommodating even with my very rudimentary Spanish. The furnishings are a little worn out. The biggest issue is that unfortunately there is no heat in the apartment.
