★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la paquetería ni.llega a tiempo a la sucursal para recogerla, posteriormente el repartidor te marca 3 veces seguidas en un lapso de minutos, le devuelves la llamada y ya no te entrega.
No.recomiendo en absoluto esta paquetería.
 Terrible service, the parcel does not arrive in time to the branch to pick it up, then the delivery man dials you 3 times in a row in a period of minutes, you call him back and he no longer delivers.
No, I absolutely recommend this package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el martes fueron a levantar el paquete en Phx Az y el representante que tienen aki en Phoenix me dijo k el Viernes iva estar mi paquete en Hermosillo Sonora, El Jueves recibí mensaje del su representante aqui en Phoenix Az que ocupaban el nombre de persona que iva recibir paquete y que iva tardar un dia mas y que paquete iva llegar hoy Sabado alas 8am, son las 8:32pm de sabado Julio 21 y no llega paquete a su destino, y su representante no contesta sus mensajes, el paquete necesitaba ver llegado ahi en Hermosillo Sonora hoy Sabado y nunca llego, muy mal servicio por parte de ustedes aqui en Phoenix az y alla en Hermosillo Sonora
No recomiendo esta compañía, le doy una estrella por que no le puedo dar menos si pudiera le diera zero

I do not recommend this company, I give it a star because I can not give it less if I could give it zero
