★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo la empresa Naturgy si es que así se le hace llamar empresa, todos sus departamentos al 01800 son deficientes, mi comprobante me lo hicieron erróneo, según me hicieron llamar cada 5 días para que corroborara mi factura y cosa que gastaba de mi tiempo casi media hora para que me contestara un operador telefónico, cada llamada pasaba con 3 a 4 personas, por cierto deficientes en sus actividades, y asi me tuvieron 2 meses hablando cada 5 días, cosa que hasta el dia de hoy nunca me corrigieron y me quitaron mi medidor, por falta de pago, pero no voy a pagar algo que esta erróneo.
Es la empresa mas deficiente que he conocido. De calificación le daría - 10. Deplorables sus tiempos, atención y nisiquiera te contestan los correos.
I do not recommend the Naturgy company if that is what it is called a company, all its departments at 01800 are deficient, my receipt was made wrong, as they made me call every 5 days to verify my invoice and what was wasting my time almost half an hour for a telephone operator to answer me, each call passed with 3 to 4 people, by the way deficient in their activities, and so they kept me talking every 5 days for 2 months, something that to this day they never corrected me and I They removed my meter, due to non-payment, but I am not going to pay something that is wrong.
This is the worst company I have ever come across. I would give it a rating of - 10. Their times, attention and they don't even answer your emails are deplorable.
