Mi auto entró solo para una revisión y le hicieron cosas que no pedí y terminé pagando muchísimo a pesar de que el problema no se solucionó y los mecánicos estaban conscientes que eso no lo iba a solucionar. I do not recommend it. De verdad quede muy decepcionado y molesto con lo caro y tardado que fue este taller, no es mi intención perjudicar los negocios pero tampoco se vale que lo perjudiquen a uno como cliente. Cuando recogí el carro lo primero que note es que hacia falta lavado de carrocería y aspirado, checando el motor note que le hacia falta aceite de motor (1/4), aceite de transmisión (bastante) y un poco de anticongelante (1/4) por lo que obviamente uno deduce que no le checaron los niveles, y te hace pensar que tampoco checaron frenos. Por lo que uno le gustaría comentarselo al mecánico pero la persona que me lo entregó dijo no hacerse responsable porque el no realizó el trabajo. La encargada dio muy buena atención pero tuve que regresar al otro día para que realizarán lo que faltaba. Hace unos meses llevé mi carro para que le cambiaran un soporte de motor, al poco tiempo comenzó a hacer ruidos extraños pero decidí llevarlo a otro taller; resulta ser que la pieza que colocaron no es la indicada lo que causó que se colgara el motor y dañara los otros soportes; decidí cambiarlos todos y resulta ser que le quitaron una pieza de agencia (que no debían cambiar) y pusieron una de mala calidad que no da la medida correcta. Al regresar a pedir esa pieza, indican que ya no aplica garantía y que ya no la tienen. Finalmente tuve que gastar $6,800 en total por un problema menor que no hubiese costado más de $1,500. En conclusión, no lleven su carro a menos que sea urgente y si lo llevan, pidan que les entreguen las piezas que su carro ya traía. Irresponsible and unprofessional.
