Por primera vez quise dejar la agencia y llevar mi auto a un lugar así y fue totalmente decepcionante.
Precios excesivos, promociones no reales, los técnicos medio revisan el auto...
En definitiva no regreso.

I took my 2020 Versa in for service and they changed parts as well as they put terrible quality dairy oil in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi mercedez benz a afinación mayor e inmediatamente después del servicio empezó a sonar el motor de forma interna (cómo si fuera diésel), nunca presentó esa falla. Lo lleve a revisión y me decían que debo pagar un diagnóstico para detectar que es. Lo lleve con mecánico de confianza y es que le pusieron un aceite pésimo y por falta de lubricación estaba haciendo el ruido interno.
I took my mercedez benz to higher tuning and immediately after the service the engine began to sound internally (as if it were diesel), it never presented that fault. I took it for a review and they told me that I have to pay for a diagnosis to detect what it is. I took it to a trusted mechanic and they put a terrible oil on it and due to lack of lubrication it was making internal noise.
