Pusieron mal el foco, fue algo rapido y pues rapido y bien, no hay quien. ??♂️
It was a lightning visit, for the replacement of a bulb through a landlord, the service was fast. The facilities good, the hygiene protocols good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio!! 3 días completos para cambiar una rotula y en su fecha y horario de entrega pactada todavía me hicieron esperar 2 horas para la entrega.. además me entregaron el coche sucio y lleno de grasa por toda la carroseria
Terrible service!! 3 full days to change a label and on the agreed delivery date and time they still made me wait 2 hours for delivery .. they also gave me the dirty car full of grease all over the car shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vez me di cuenta de que no le habían hecho rotación de llantas (yo marco los rines con Sharpie) y lo dejé pasar, de todos modos iba a Costco. Les di otra oportunidad en otro servicio, y me volvieron a intentar engañar: ¡No hicieron la rotación de llantas!, obvio les dije y pues me hacen perder 40 minutos de mi tiempo, en lo que cumplen con lo que debieron haber hecho en la mañana. Este tipo de actitud genera mucha desconfianza entre los clientes: Si eso hacen con lo que uno puede verificar fácilmente, que no dejarán de hacer en las reparaciones que uno no ve ó que son complicadas de revisar.
Once I realized that they hadn't rotated the tires (I mark the wheels with Sharpie) and I let it pass, I was going to Costco anyway. I gave them another chance in another service, and they tried again to deceive me: They did not rotate the tires! Obviously I told them and well they make me lose 40 minutes of my time, in which they comply with what they should have done in the morning. This type of attitude generates a lot of mistrust among customers: If they do that with what one can easily verify, they will not stop making repairs that one does not see or that are difficult to review.
