★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí a qué le realizarán alineación y balanceo a mi coche, pero llegué entre dos y media y tres de la tarde, me dijeron que si, pero que estaban en su hora de comida, que regresará por la mañana o el día que quisiera pero que fuera temprano. Son muy amables la verdad, igual y mi calificación inicial fue más impulsiva. Pero en resumen bien.
I went to have alignment and balancing done to my car, but I arrived between two thirty and three in the afternoon, they told me yes, but that they were on their lunch hour, that they will return in the morning or the day they want but that out early. They are very kind to be honest, anyway, and my initial rating was more impulsive. But in summary fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención son muy amables, fui a un cambio de amortiguadores y el trabajo quedo muy bien hecho, el único "inconveniente" es que si es un poco tardado es un solo mecánico por coche (si te urge una reparación o llevas prisa debes de tomar en cuenta que no es muy veloz el servicio), tienen sillas para esperar o bien esta la plaza para darte una vuelta, los recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomendable, lleve 4 llantas NUEVAS para montarlas y me rompieron una, usaron de pretexto que la llanta venía mala de fabrica y que fue la "presión" del aire, pero claramente se ve que fue su desmontadora. Un indicador fue que incluso ellos comentaron que se descompuso la desmontadora y llevaron mis llantas a otro lugar.
Su "Solución" era que yo pagara la mitad de una llanta nueva y ellos la otra mitad.
Terminé pagando un 30% de una nueva llanta cuando fue error de su equipo.
Desafortunadamente me urgía salir por trabajo y no podía quedarme para meter una denuncia.
De primera mano amables los trabajadores pero falta capacidad de responsabilidad. Llamé al servicio a clientes de la cadena y según me iba a resolver de que no pagara ese porcentaje pero no regresó la llamada.
Not recommended, take 4 NEW tires to mount them and they broke one, they used the pretext that the tire was bad from the factory and that it was the "pressure" of the air, but clearly you can see that it was the tire changer. One indicator was that even they commented that the tire changer broke down and took my tires elsewhere.
Their "Solution" was for me to pay for half a new tire and they the other half.
I ended up paying 30% for a new tire when it was his team's mistake.
Unfortunately I was urged to leave for work and could not stay to file a complaint.
At first hand, the workers are friendly but lack the capacity for responsibility. I called the chain's customer service and according to what I was going to decide not to pay that percentage but he did not return the call.
