★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve mi impresora a reparar dos veces en ambas cobraron carísimo, no quisieron hacer válida la garantía, se me descompuso a la semana y casi me querían cobrar lo de una nueva, llévenlo a otro centro de servicio, aquí son un fraude

Llevé mi L805 e inventaron que requería nuevo cabezal, cotizándolo en el 60% del valor de un equipo nuevo. Tiempo después lo llevé a un centro BROTHER y me devolvieron mi máquina 100% funcional por $600.00 con garantía de seis meses (ya pasó y sigue perfecto), mencionando que el cabezal no tenía nada, y que solo le dieron mantenimiento y ajuste general.

I took my L805 and they invented that it required a new head, costing it at 60% of the value of a new equipment. Aunado a que el día que recogí el equipo se me olvidó mi nota, la cual es una vacilada, porque ni la razón social viene y mucho menos las condiciones de garantía o responsabilidad de ellos. Me cobraron 50 pesos más por no traer la nota. No dan garantia por escrito y ni un documento que avale lo que le hicieron al equipo. Ellos dicen que con el número de serie es suficiente. Me pidieron unos cartuchos de tinta el cual no me regresaron. En fin no los recomiendo
