Para llegar está super raro los autos deben pasar por arriba de la banqueta debido a que el metrobus ocupa los carriles. Es muy riesgoso tengan mucha precaución con los peatones. Pd. La entrada es por la calle Beethoven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser una empresa establecida con horario fijo, me parece pésimo que hables y te digan que su horario es de 10 am a 5 pm. Vas al otro día 10:30 am y esta cerrado porque la encargada no ha llegado y que no tiene hora. Vuelta perdida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les contaré mi experiencia, al mes una 3210 imprimia líneas, no quise meterme en problemas y la lleve por garantía.
Me la entregan así.
- tardaron una semana
- me la entregaron sucia
- un cuarto de tanque de tinta menos.
- imprimieron 100 hojas
- con la misma falla
- una tapa mal puesta
- no me entregan reporte de reparación
- y el técnico, si e que así se puede llamar dice que no puede hacerme una prueba si funciona bien (seguía la falla) y que es mi computadora, que el no puede hacer nada.
De verdad no lleven sus equipos a ese lugar, un asco, técnico sin capacitación, incompetente, y NO PREPARADO.
Al final lleve mi equipo con un ingeniero especializado y la solución era purgar los dampers, en 10 min quedó.
