Son muy cordiales, en especial Pedro que es supervisor y nos adelantó el check-in sino teníamos que esperar hasta las 15 hs. y nos alojó en una habitación con vista al mar. El desayuno es bueno pero le faltan más frutas y algo más de panificación dulce.
Como recomendación deberían tener mas personal que hablen español ( o capacitar a los empleados en idiomas) ya que estamos en el MERCOSUR y es u n hotel inter.
La bajada al playa es muy cómoda y podes recorrer Ponta Negra.
Lo recomiendo al 100 %.
Very pretty place. The attention is fantastic. They are very cordial, especially Pedro who is a supervisor and we checked in before we had to wait until 3 pm. and he stayed us in a room with an ocean view. Breakfast is good but it lacks more fruits and some more sweet baking.
As a recommendation they should have more staff who speak Spanish (or train employees in languages) since we are in MERCOSUR and it is an inter hotel.
The descent to the beach is very comfortable and you can visit Ponta Negra.
I recommend it 100%.
