This review is not for their products, but for their customer service on July 13, 2020 which was horrible. We tried to buy a sala over their web page and a few minutes after we paid, they contacted us saying that they didn't have it, that before buying we should have contacted them to see if they had it and that they where going to do a refund. We were strange by the words that were used, but we really wanted the furniture; we told them that we read that it might be possible they didn't have it, and that it might take some time to make it, that we didn't mind waiting. And then the person said "ok, if you don't care," and then proceeded to ask for an email with front and back pictures of my ID and picture of proof of address. I asked the person why? And after saying because there has been fraud before, the person said "I'll do the refund." once again. I do understand their reasons, but you have to understand that we are not just going to take pictures of any of our IDs and send it to anyone. If you don't trust PayPal, then try using other companies. The person you had (July 13) in WhatsApp has horrible customer service skills, like he or she doesn't care, and the girl on the phone horrible too. Their products do look amazing.
