M	Mrs. Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed....not at all as comfortable as the showroom chair. I ordered the chairs with the cut outs. The photo showed mustard yellow and I got bright orange. I ordered 6 chairs and 2 of them don't even sit flat....the chair rocks. A table base was also included and they decided to write down one side in black marker pen. They agree to replace the table base and sent new one. It wasn't even the same base they replaced it with. The new one had no marker pen but it was for a low coffee-type table not a table base. The chairs did get softer on their own but 2 of them still rock. He promised to send something to repair them but he never kept his word. The owner wrote me several months later, apparently my review is causing him problems. I told him that I wanted the original base and the parts to fix the chairs that rock. No response. he talks a talk but doesn't follow thru with what he promises.
