★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, me vendieron un equipo que no servía, se tardaron una semana en poder mandar al técnico a revisarlo, el técnico dictaminó que había que hacer el cambio del equipo y una semana después no pueden finalizar el proceso, decidí cancelar la compra porque si eso pasa con un equipo nuevo, no se que pueda pasar si el equipo falla por garantía.
Terrible customer service, they sold me an equipment that did not work, it took a week to send the technician to check it, the technician ruled that the equipment had to be changed and a week later they could not finish the process, I decided to cancel the purchase because if that happens with a new equipment, I don't know what could happen if the equipment fails due to warranty.
