★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio primero te dan presupuesto y ya cuando llegas con la pieza (muestra) que necesitas te dicen que no la manejan, solo es perdida de tiempo y ademas las piezas estan muy caras, no lo recomiendo
 Very bad service, first they give you a budget and when you arrive with the piece (sample) that you need they tell you that they do not handle it, it is only a waste of time and also the pieces are very expensive, I do not recommend it

Les llevé una karcher para que la revisaran. Me informaron que por el diagnóstico serían $200.00 lo cual acepté (y me avisaron que si aceptaba la reparación se abonaria).
Cuando me llamaron para informarme cual era el problema y el precio de la reparación $1,645.00 les dije que no. Y que si les pagaría los $200.00
Cuando llegué y les pedí el diagnóstico por escrito, no me lo querían dar… lo cual me dio desconfianza… ya de mala gana y mal escrito sin que se entendiese lo escribieron en mi nota de pago.
Tomen sus precauciones…

I took a karcher to them to check it out. They informed me that for the diagnosis it would be $200.00, which I accepted (and they told me that if I accepted the repair, it would be paid).
When they called me to tell me what the problem was and the price of the repair $1,645.00, I told them no. And what if I would pay them the $200.00
When I arrived and asked for the diagnosis in writing, they didn't want to give it to me... which made me suspicious... already reluctantly and badly written without being understood, they wrote it in my payment note.
