★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion te dan largas en tu servicio te dicen que tal día van a ir y no lo hacen. Encima me dejaron en la linea 20 minutos y al volver a llamar no me contestaron ya.
Very bad attention they give you long in your service they tell you that such a day they will go and they do not. On top of that they left me on the line for 20 minutes and when they called again they didn't answer me anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te dicen que tu reparación esta programa para tal día y no asisten, marcas y te aseguran que si pasaran y nada; sigues insistiendo y te dejan colgada en la linea por mas de 20 minutos y vuelves a marcar ya suena ocupado a veces ni te contestan y cuando por fin logras comunicarte salen con que no alcazaron a pasar por X o Y motivo.
Terrible service, they tell you that your repair is scheduled for that day and they do not attend, brands and they assure you that if they pass and nothing; you keep insisting and they leave you hanging on the line for more than 20 minutes and you re-dial and it sounds busy sometimes they do not answer you and when you finally manage to communicate they leave with no reason to go through X or Y reason.
