★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen buen trato al cliente, no son amables, dicen que son bien ambientalistas pero todo adentro es plástico súper contaminante, los baños no estaban sucios pero estaban muy muy feos, osea para un salón de fiestas uno espera algo aunque sea un poco mejor, que desde el pasillo no se vean las tasas y/o mingitorios, luego tienen valet pero justo cuando requieres el servicio no hay nadie ni que te den una explicación porque para colmo el estacionamiento esta lejos (rodeando la cuadra completa) no dejan llevar ni consumir bebidas alcohólicas, ni entrar en estado de ebriedad supongo es coherente porque se supone es una fiesta infantil... ¿? Pero no sé, no me convence su argumento y tampoco dejan meter refresco qué onda con eso???? Se supone que debían servir me pero que todavía no era hora y tampoco dejan meter mi refresco e iba sellado por cualquier aclaración y no, ya después de 2 horas me ofrecieron pero pues ya todo incomodo pues ya se había pasado el antojo, lo peor un lugar algo divertido para los niños pero muy inseguro; real porque uno de los niños se cayó y se supone que tienen tanto plástico por todos lados y les dicen a los niños que se quiten los zapatos y resulta que justo por eso se cayó y además resulta que le plástico sólo sirvió para que el niño se resbalara pues quedó tan mal el niño que tuvo que ir al medico y que las radiografías y así y pues los del evento ni sus luces, no se acercaron para ver que había pasado ni nada, si se muere un niño u ocurre otro accidente les vale al fin que ya pagaste pero si hubiese dependido de mi de una buena demanda no se salvan, en fin, nunca regreso. Lugar sumamente No recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El salón de fiestas está muy bien y los niños se la pasaron increíble. Por desgracia tuvimos algunos inconvenientes: el paquete que contratamos incluía pastel y piñata, sin embargo no velitas del pastel (que no tenían) y no bolsas para la piñata. Esta bien que no las incluya pero esperaría que nos lo hicieran saber para estar preparados y no tener que conseguirlas a ultimo momento.
Pero lo mas grave fue que algunas de las redes de protección se zafaron, cuando le informamos a la persona encargada, ésta se enojó por lo ocurrido y lejos de tener preocupación por la seguridad de los niños y solucionar el problema o clausurar el área para que no se presentaran accidentes, se preocupó por el estado de sus redes.
La persona encargada nos informó que iba desconectar el inflable para que se rompiera la piñata, sin embargo no esperó a que se salieran los niños y casi aplasta a una pequeña de 4 años, ademas que les cayó encima a los invitados que estaban sentados al lado.
Es una lástima, el lugar esta increíble, pero no se preocupan por la seguridad de los invitados, no lo volvería a contratar.
The party room is great and the kids had an amazing time. Unfortunately we had some drawbacks: the package we hired included cake and piñata, however no cake candles (which they didn't have) and no bags for the piñata. It is fine not to include them but I would hope they would let us know so we are prepared and not have to get them at the last minute.
But the most serious thing was that some of the protection nets got loose, when we informed the person in charge, he was angry about what happened and far from being concerned about the safety of the children and solving the problem or closing the area so that no accidents occurred, he worried about the state of his networks.
The person in charge informed us that he was going to disconnect the inflatable so that the piñata would break, however, he did not wait for the children to get out and almost crushed a 4-year-old girl, also that he fell on the guests who were sitting next to him .
It is a pity, the place is incredible, but they do not care about the safety of the guests, I would not hire it again.

A mi no me parece que debe gritar entre las mesas de los invitados NI A LA ANFITRIONA NI A SUS EMPLEADOS ... da muy mala imagen ... y el personal que la apoya parece que le temen !!! ... También pesimo por el sonido y la tirolesa que no sirve !!!! NO CONTRATEN SIN QUE ANTES SUPERVISEN QUE LO QUE OFRECE LA SEÑORA EN EL SALON DE VERDAD ESTÉ HABILITADO.

El personal podría ser más amable, más sonriente, e incluso involucrarse más. Por ejemplo, a la hora de partir el pastel o de romper la piñata, podrían ser ellos los que organicen y canten, e inviten a los niños a participar. Tomar un poco más el papel de anfitriones y animar la fiesta. La gente te recomienda mucho por el servicio.
